There will be a Swedish Genealogical workshop at the Swedish embassy in Washington may 301th -June 1st. were there will be the possiblility to meat with swedish genealogists for short consultations.

During the work on this episode i got the news that the Swedish Emigrant Institute here in Växjö is in dagne rof being forced to merge with our local county Museum. about the supposed merger and links to a petition aginst the planned merger.
